Our Hearts Grow is a community organization based in upstate New York. We create accessible art and nature-based experiences for kids and families.

Our mission is to build and nurture community for families who have children with medical needs, disabilities, or who need therapeutic support with development.

We value accessibility, kindness, connection, authenticity, empowerment, and community.

We believe it is healing and connecting for medically complex families and their allies to experience art and nature alongside one another.
